We keep your original scans for 60 days, so we can repair tears, stains, creases and fading straight from the scan - there's no need to send the photo back. Just reply to our message with the photo number (from your photo index). Restoration from £10 a photo.

Tip: find everyone in your photos

Put your photos into Google Photos (free, on any phone or computer) or Apple Photos (iPhone, iPad and Mac). They group the same faces together automatically - give a face a name once, then search that name to see every photo of them in seconds.

Google Photos: upload the photos, then open Collections > People (if you don't see it, switch on Face Groups in Settings).
Apple Photos: import the photos, then open People and tap a face to add a name.
It's also a handy second copy of your photos, safe if your phone or computer is ever lost.
