Pack them safely and send them by tracked post. We'll email you our address and packing tips when you order.
We collect and return
We'll collect from your door and bring everything back. Collections and returns run on set days each week, area by area — when you book, we'll offer you the next available day for your area.

Price covers collection and return. Congestion, ULEZ and parking charges are added at cost where they apply. Not available beyond 15 miles.
Drop off in person
Hand your photos over at an agreed time, and collect them again when they're ready. We'll send you the address when you book.

Packing your box in 5 easy steps
Any sturdy box will do — a shoebox or a strong delivery box is perfect.
- Bag them up. Put photos, negatives, slides and tapes in separate bags or envelopes. Label any groups you'd like kept together.
- Add your details. Pop a note inside with your name, phone number and order reference.
- Fill the gaps. Pack scrunched paper or bubble wrap around everything so nothing moves when you shake the box.
- Seal it well. Tape all the seams — but never put tape directly onto photos or film.
- Send it tracked. Take it to any Post Office and ask for Royal Mail Tracked 48, or Special Delivery for valuable collections. Keep your receipt.

How to pack your photos
- Use a sturdy box or stiff card envelope
- Keep photos, negatives and slides in separate bags
- Send negatives as they are, even if they're one long uncut roll. We'll cut them into strips of 6 for you, free
- Never put tape directly onto photos or film
- Wrap tapes and discs in bubble wrap, and keep them away from magnets
- For valuable collections, use Royal Mail Special Delivery
